Elevated Visions Counseling, PLLC
My name is Cassandra L. Lozano, LPC, LCDC, I live on the “border, by the sea & beyond”, in Brownsville, TX. Just a little about my Educational History: I graduated from UTRGV with my Master's of Education (M.Ed.) Degree of Counseling and Guidance in 2015.
After graduating with Master’s degree in Counseling, I obtained my LCDC license (Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor) and focused on providing services to Individuals ages 13-70 years old struggling with Addictions.
I obtained my LPC License in (Licensed Professional Counselor) in 2016 and began working with the local mental health authority where I was able to provide both mental health and substance abuse counseling services for clients in need.
It all started with a vision in mind…
In my community, we have significant lack of access to mental health care, for teenagers and adults, which creates a strained healthcare system, economic impacts, social problems, intergenerational effects, and stigma and discouraging individuals from seeking help. Motivated to serve my area and provide affordable counseling services and improve our communities vision on the importance of mental health care. Due to the lack of mental health care and substance use services in my area, it became my motivating force to open my own private practice, Elevated Visions Counseling, PLLC.
